Principal

Hello!

     I am Sheneta Smith, principal at Howell Graves. I have been the principal for 11 fun years! Before becoming principal, I worked as the Administrative Assistant at the Board of Education from 2005-2010. I began my career in Muscle Shoals as the Physical Education Teacher and Coach at Muscle Shoals Middle School in 1998. I currently hold an Education Specialist Degree in Administration that I acquired in 2007. I also received my Bachelor of Science in Education (1998), Masters in Arts in Education (2001), and Administration Certification (2004). I have a handsome son, Brendon Jarrod Smith. He is currently studying at Northwest Shoals Community College. 

     It is an honor and privilege to serve as the Principal of Howell Graves, and I look forward to getting to know and working with the Muscle Shoals community. I welcome any and all input. My door is always open to discuss any successes or concerns. We have a tradition of excellence at Howell Graves. I look forward to an outstanding school year!
